Two educational modules are offered, focused on the guided tour of Carvignone, to provide students with thematic insights into ecology (vascular plants, food chains, etc.) and the relationships between living organisms. Observing species in nature at the photographic observatory allows for a tangible perception of biodiversity. Thanks to the use of checklists and technological equipment, such as microscopes and digital photographic equipment, there is the opportunity to come into close contact with natural elements and living forms.
Module I
During the visit to the Carvignone nature trail, students will participate in recognizing signs of the presence of animal and plant life forms, deepening their understanding of ecology and the relationships between organisms through firsthand experience.
The experience will continue with a laboratory structured in two phases: a first activity of observation and data collection in the field, conducted according to a true scientific method, and a second phase of analysis under the microscope. In this way, students will be able to explore more closely what they initially observed at the macroscopic level, discovering the microscopic world that animates natural environments.
DURATION: 1 day
The educational stations and the Carvignone Observatory offer the opportunity to deepen knowledge of biocenoses through direct naturalistic observations in the woods.
In the morning, students will explore natural environments through a guided tour with thematic stations. In the afternoon, they will delve into what is often considered just "ground": the soil. Through practical workshops, they will learn to apply a scientific method based on sample collection, observation, analysis, and experiments, developing critical thinking and fully understanding how soil represents the basis of the life that surrounds us.
DURATION: 1 day
The cost for each module is 220.00 euros
For schools in municipalities within the Adamello Park the contribution is 80%; for schools in municipalities within the Biosphere Reserve Valle Camonica - Alto Sebino it is 40%; 20% for all others.
