The proposal consists of two modules that teachers can choose individually or together. These are two connected experiences: a direct learning activity in the field through the observation and identification of fauna and flora; an educational workshop where students can try their hand at assembling nest boxes and feeders (whose components have been previously prepared) suitable for some bird species present in the Park. In this way, students can be involved in a practical activity functional to the subsequent collection of information and data on the species that may have occupied the nest boxes or visited the feeders. Among the educational materials available will be the Ornithological Alphabet Book with identification cards and silhouettes to color.
Module I
During the visit to the Carvignone nature trail, students will participate in the identification of signs of animal life and acquire their first notions of ecology through the conduction of naturalistic observations.
Duration: 1/2 day
Module II
Let's build artificial nests and winter feeders together to place in the woods and in the school garden. Through the assembly of prefabricated nest boxes and feeders, students will experience in a concrete way how to contribute to the conservation of biodiversity.
Duration: 1/2 day
The cost for each module is 135.00 euros
For schools in the municipalities within the perimeter of the Adamello Park the contribution is 80%; for schools in the municipalities within the Valle Camonica - Alto Sebino Biosphere Reserve it is 40%; 20% for all others.
