Basic Nature Photography Course Program
1. Introductory evening on photography: a look at the past for a contemporary vision of the world of photography with reference to nature photography.
2. How to create an image: lenses, aperture, shutter, sensor, ISO sensitivity.
3. Image analysis and insights on technique and composition (the rule of thirds/golden sections, dynamism and stillness in images in nature photography).
4. Image composition (landscapes, environments, animals, etc.).
5. Analysis of images independently created by participants and further insights, introduction to formats and management of our photographic files.
6. Digital file management: introduction to post-production.
7. Ethics of nature photography: the photographer's preparation and their relationship with the world of nature.
All participants will be sent the slides from the evenings and a handout in pdf format with the topics covered.
The meetings will be held on the free platform Zoom which provides 40-minute connection sessions (2/3 sessions for each video lesson).

New basic course in nature photography
We are publishing the program of the new online basic course in nature photography that will start on Tuesday, December 9. The course will take place over the course of seven sessions, the second of which Tuesday December 16. The time from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, The dates of the following sessions in January will start from Tuesday the 13th. The course and will allow us to enter the fascinating world of nature photography (landscapes, plants, animals, etc.).

Basic photography course
Photography explained in seven practical lessons. The course is aimed at anyone who wants to approach photography for the first time to acquire the basics of technique and photographic composition through the correct use of the medium.
The course will be held every Thursday evening from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, starting from October 1 and until November 12 2020.
An additional evening is planned, dedicated to specific topics upon request by the participants.
Participation fee: 80 euros (for members of Immagini d'Ambiente)
From the Immagini d’Ambiente website, it will also be possible to download for free the handouts in pdf format related to the lessons held.

The course will take place upon reaching the minimum number of 5 participants (max 8 participants to ensure social distancing).

5 October - 25 November 2020 Advanced first level course in nature photography
This course is structured over five evenings and two field trips (optional). Two evenings will be dedicated to techniques applicable in the field, one evening to post-production, and two to reviewing the shots taken during the excursions.
The two outings will take place in parks and nature reserves in Lombardy that can be reached in a day and will be held during the weekend.
The course will take place on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, starting from October 5 until November 25, 2020.
The two field photography excursions will be scheduled during this period and will take place on Saturdays.
The course is aimed at all those who already practice photography and who have mastered the basics, with particular reference to nature photography.
Participation fee: 80 euros (excursions not included).
Participants will be able to download a free pdf booklet from our website covering the topics discussed.
